2" Thick door combines 1 3/8" sandwich door with 5/8" composite overlay. 1 3/8" insulation is pressure-bonded between 2 layers of steel resulting in an R-value of 6.5. 5/8" overlay is made of custom composite material. Commercial grade 14-gauge steel hinges for long-lastin performance. High-cycle nylon rollers for quiet operation. EZ-SET® torsion springs are an option on doors up to and including 18' x 7' (18' x 7'6'' and 18' x 8' doors come with standard torsion springs). All doors over 8' high have standard torsion springs. Bottom weatherseal in rust-proof aluminum retainer. Operator reinforcement bracket is standard.
